Hanging Piece Hunt
Positions from games. Find the black piece you can win, and capture it, before the clock does.
How it works
- Look for black pieces that are undefended or insufficiently defended.
- Slide a white piece onto the one it wins. It must be a legal capture.
- The winning captures are played out on the board afterwards.
- Skip and Show solution cost 30 seconds each.
What it trains
Most games below master level are decided by a piece left en prise. This drill trains you to check every enemy piece before every move.
